There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Long: Page 2, line 27, following exercise,: Delete subsistence, Representative Long moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Masek objected. **The presence of Representatives Hanley and Navarre was noted. Representative Long moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Finkelstein: Page 2, line 11: Delete eight Insert twelve Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
